What materials are BELLAMI Tape-In Extensions made from?

We craft all our semi-permanent extensions from 100% virgin Remy human hair from a single source. The cuticles are aligned in the same direction, ensuring a silky, smooth appearance while helping to retain shine and color.

Can anyone wear BELLAMI Tape-In Extensions?

Tape-in extensions are generally suitable for all hair types! However, if your hair is extremely thin, it may struggle to support the weight of the extensions. During your consultation with a stylist, they will help determine if tape-ins are a good fit for you or if another semi-permanent method would be more appropriate.

If I have short hair, can I wear BELLAMI Tape-In Extensions?

Yes! Tape-in extensions are especially effective for blending short layers and adding length during hair growth phases. If your hair is very short, you may need shorter extensions and a more tailored approach. Your stylist will help determine the best plan for you.

How many packs of BELLAMI Tape-In Extensions will I need?

That will depend on the fullness or length you wish to achieve, but our general recommendation based on hair type is:  

Classic

  • Fine Hair – 2-3 packs   
  • Medium Hair – 4–5 packs  
  • Thick Hair – 6-7 packs   

Tape-In Deluxe 

  • For Added Density: Most guests use 1–2 packs of Tape-In Deluxe or Tape-In Express Weft.  
  • For Added Length: Typically requires 3 or more packs. We recommend 1 pack of Tape-In Deluxe combined with 2 packs of Bellami Classic tapes.  

Tape-In Express Weft 

  • For Added Density: Most guests use 1–2 packs of Tape-In Express Weft.  
  • For Added Length: Typically requires 3 or more packs. We recommend 1–2 packs of Express Weft combined with 1–2 packs of Classic Tape-Ins.
