At BELLAMI, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines our full returns, exchanges, and product support process, including eligibility, timelines, and conditions.

This process is designed specifically for quality, performance, or manufacturing-related concerns. It ensures each case is reviewed individually to provide the most appropriate outcome.

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Hair extensions may be returned or exchanged within ninety (90) days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The item remains unopened and in its original packaging
• The security seal / warranty seal is fully intact
• The product has not been worn, removed, tried on, or altered
• The hair has not been cut, coloured, styled, or treated
• The tester piece is included and has not been tampered with

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of human hair products, any item that has been opened or had its seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Clip-In Bangs
• Clip & Wrap Ponytails
• Braided Hairbands
• All haircare products
• All wigs

These items are excluded due to hygiene, product integrity, and category-specific handling requirements.

This process is designed for eligible, unopened, and unworn items only.

Return Shipping & Responsibility


• Returns created through the official returns portal include shipping protection
• Returns sent outside of the portal are at the customer’s own risk
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for any non-portal returns
• BELLAMI is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged when sent outside of the official returns portal
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

For international returns, packages must be clearly labelled: RETURN, NO DUTIES

Failure to label correctly may result in delays or refused shipments.

Refunds

All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure eligibility requirements are met.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times depending on your payment provider.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of eligible items only. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

For international orders, any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are handled in accordance with local regulations and may not be refundable depending on regional requirements.

Exchanges

We understand that selecting the correct shade or length online can be challenging.

Eligible unopened hair extensions may be exchanged within 90 days of delivery for an alternative shade or product, provided all return eligibility conditions are met.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.

Styling Tools

• Styling tools purchased with a discount code are final sale
• Full-price styling tools may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition

All styling tool returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.

General Conditions

BELLAMI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Items returned that do not comply with this policy may be sent back to the customer.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order, including shade selection, prior to opening your product.
