- Services cancelled with a minimum 24-hour notice may receive a full refund on their deposit.
- Same-day cancellations or reschedules may not receive a full refund on their deposit.
- Appointments have a 10-minute grace period before they're considered late.
- Late or missed appointments are not eligible for a deposit refund or to apply that deposit to a different day.
