Cancellation policy
Salon services that are cancelled with a minimum 24-HR notice may receive a FULL refund on their deposit.
Same day cancellations or rescheduled services may not receive a full refund on their deposit.
All salon appointments have a late grace period of 10 minutes before appointments are deemed “late”.
Appointments that are deemed "late" and/or fail to show for their scheduled appointment time will not be eligible to receive their deposit in full or be allowed to apply their deposit for a different day.
